I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic and the care they showed towards me. Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.

Excellent free first consultation. He has a 3D X-ray machine-rare. I had dental implants. Dr Pelcman was so fast inserting the base I didn’t even know he was finished. Important to note: he is not only a dentist but also a periodontist. There is an orthodontist in his office. Free consultation. He owns a studio apartment nearby the office. Nice and very affordable.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

Dr.Ford was very professional, and informative, with awesome views from their beautiful office. The staff including Dr. Ford was bilingual, great experience with my dentist's needs while in Panama City (new crown).

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.
