She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

I was in Panama and I had tooth pain, called and got an appointment within a couple of days. It was discovered that the tooth was broken in half into. I received a canal lengthening, and bonding as well as cleaning at a great price. I'm glad this happened in Panama and not at home. The bonding came off and it was replaced free of charge with no other issues. The staff are very friendly and respectful as well as the doctor. I think it is worth it to return to Panama for my dental issues.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
