I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. Olga the owner speaks English which makes the process perfect for Americans. A lot of the customers are American. The office is impeccable, the service and the results are either on-par or better than what you can get in the United States, at 500% cheaper in my case. Bogota is a very easy city to fly to from the United States, and many neighbourhoods are extremely safe. Stay around Parque 93 which is an upscale neighborhood but is cheap compared to USA living prices. And you can easily walk to the Esthetic Dent office. Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need. If you’ve ever heard of medical tourism, it’s an extremely common and highly reputable service if you know quality companies and Esthetic Dent is one of them.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

Doctor Rowan and his staff were very accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my decision to have them perform my veneer operation. His clinic is state of the art, by any measurable standard. Dr. Rowan was personally in constant communication with me before I arrived in Rio. He answered all my questions, putting me at ease and making me confident in my decision. The quality of work is excellent and I recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic dentistry.
