I honestly couldn't explain in words how happy I am with the work and the amount of professionalism I have received from Dr Ferhat and his staff. I've come from London and I've tried to get under eye filler for a while but I've always been told it would take a few treatments to get rid of the under darkness, and Dr Ferhat literally made me feel so comfortable and in one go he has given me EXACTLY what I wanted, pain-free! Couldn't have been happier ☺️ thank you again Dr Ferhat I will be coming back!

I was thinking about having breast reduction surgery for a long time and I was constantly giving up. I did a very good thing for myself in my life with the detailed information he gave and most importantly the confidence he gave in our preliminary meeting with Doc. Dr. Gokhan Temiz. The size and most importantly the shape of my breasts finally turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I sincerely thank him for making me smile when I look in the mirror today. Doc. Dr. Gokhan Temiz took great care of him both before and after the surgery. His post-operative accessibility was very good and he gave me detailed answers to every question I asked, regardless of the day and time, and put me at ease. I would also like to thank Ms. Buse, one of the doctor's team, for her smiling face, understanding and polite behavior. Since she also had sufficient knowledge about her job, I was able to communicate easily and ask my questions.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. I left my job as a college teacher, isolated myself and ended up hating my reflection in the mirror. But last year, I began to get the courage to do something once and for all after leaving my last endocrinologist...I knew I could not continue like this... It was when I first contacted Nihan that I felt that Cosmetocity, contrary to other companies I had contacted, was the one. Cihan was really caring, patient and was always there to listen and answer all my queries without feeling pressured to decide. He felt really humane and unpretentious. So I chose Cosmetocity in spite of having less reviews and less popular than other companies. I had a gut feeling they were the ones! It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I could not recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team enough. I had previously been to another country for a rhinoplasty and I did not have the best experience, so I was anxious about going abroad for surgery again but this time I had such an amazing experience. Dr Durukan was so amazing he listened to everything I wanted and was available for me 24/7 for any questions I had. I was amazed by how many contacts I had with him. He is so friendly and approachable and I could tell he really cares for he’s patients. Nehir and Teoman are amazing they were in contact with me every day and came to my hotel, they were always on time and were so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The hospital was spotless the staff are so lovely and professional. I am very impressed with my result and I highly recommend Dr Durukan and he’s team. I will be returning.

I went because I was not satisfied with the general appearance of my teeth. They said that a beautiful smile can be created with crowns and it turned out great work. My teeth are neither too big nor crooked right now super thrilled with the results! Definitely recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. For 20 years I was embarrassed about the size difference and after kids the sagging. Now I’m actually happy with my body. I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
