If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.

They made me feel so welcome and supportive from day one till I went home. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families.
