Had surgery with Dr Mehmet Ceber in March. Had a flur de tummy tuck back lift and arm lift with lipo. The best decision I ever made. The surgery was amazing the results are amazing Dr Mehmet Ceber team is the best. Yazan our host was great. There was nothing to big for them to help us with. The hotel the Lionel was fantastic. I was interested in the excellent logistics services which provided me with transportation from and to the airport, from hotel to hospital on daily basis. The administration team including the translator was excellent and comforting. My doctor Gokhan did a professional job and were genuinely friendly. Prices are reasonable and worth the service and treatment offered. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

I had my nose done with Dr Durukan 3 weeks ago, and it is the best thing I've ever done. Teoman met us at the airport and he is the loveliest person ever putting me right at ease and excited for my surgery, we met the nurse and Dr. Durukan the following day and they were both amazing, so nice and professional, she looked after me so well after my surgery also. And she also had her nose done by him which is amazing! I’m so happy with my results like it’s better than I wanted (he is a genius) and I will definitely be back to them if I ever want anything done again, the best of the best!

From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I appreciate the excellent care we received, which piqued our interest in visiting Turkey again for both vacation and for medical purposes.

From start to finish I couldn’t have been in better hands. From my first enquiry text to the on going support I still have now, I feel very well looked after. Everyone involved, the coordinators, dr, nurses, drivers and hotel staff all made me feel safe, calm and looked after. The hospital itself is very clean and I had my own private room the relax and recover in. The hotel I stayed at was also brilliant and very comfortable. This all made the recovery process much easier. All is going well now I’m home and I’m very happy with the results so far. I would definitely use this company again if I wanted any further procedures.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports.
