I first visited Venus Medical for help with my Rosacea and I've never left! I have always been advised well here about which laser and other treatments would be worthwhile for me - and this advice has always been honest and given to me without any pressure. I know the standard here is excellent enough for me to be delighted to recommend the clinic and its staff to friends and family.

I had lasering to the thread veins on my right cheek and I was impressed to see that the veins instantly disappeared. The lasering was painless and even included a cool air flow at the same time. I was very pleased with the treatment - Rob Warr immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was very informative, professional, honest and I wouldn't hesitate to use his service again.

Dr Rahman provided excellent service, a very professional and safe environment. Great value for money too, would highly recommend.

I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service.
