Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ash for giving me back my self-confidence! I had several unsightly lesions on my scalp which had caused me much embarrassment and distress over many years as they were visible through my thinning hair. Although I was told by GPs these lesions were benign (seborrhoeac keratosis) and therefore did not warrant removal, also that I was likely to lose my hair in the process, I was so relieved at my first consultation with Dr Ash when she said she could remove them altogether and I would not lose my hair! She explained the procedure to me and I was completely convinced and excited that at last someone was able to help me feel better about my appearance again! I have now completed the course of treatment, which was painless and I am delighted with the results! Dr Ash was so kind and caring throughout my experience, I felt completely relaxed the whole time.
