My treatment was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained extremely well. My procedure was painless and carried out professionally. All the staff were both friendly and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Clinic to others.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

David was so kind and attentive offering me refreshments which helped to calm my nerves. Meeting Dr De Souza was so reassuring I instantly felt my face would be in the best possible hands I had the 8 point facelift and the results are wonderful, so natural but so lifted. Dr De Souza made me feel so at ease and explained my procedure every step of the way. The procedure was virtually painless ( with the help of the numbing cream ) I can honestly say I cannot praise his knowledge, expertise and experience enough. She was knowledgeable about the procedure and also made sure I understood each step that I was going to experience during the procedure to the aftercare.
