The work I had performed at Crown Royale was having all my remaining upper teeth extracted some lower teeth extracted while under 'conscious sedation.' The procedure went flawlessly. Dr. Samara's (Doc JJ) team is excellent. My lower partial was constructed, installed and is a great fit. My upper denture is a new experience. Doc JJ was very conscientious and addressed all issues, all concerns above and beyond my expectations. I had visited a 'dental tourism' dentist prior, and a few other dentists prior to choosing Crown Royale. Communication was repeatedly an issue. At the tourism dentist, I was quoted one price by one 'professional' and was then attempted to be charged more by another. I decided against being a 'tourist' when it came to my teeth. Being from the USA finding a professional I could trust was paramount. Doc JJ speaks English fluently and communication was not an issue. At Crown Royale the cost for the work performed was reasonable, with the staff available after hours if concerns arose. My sincere appreciation to Doctor JJ and his team for being outstanding service and work.

I went for midline diastema closure treatment. The doctor made me understand all the procedures and then I choose fillings. So he described all the pros and cons of that. After my service getting done he kept on touch over call for the post-treatment response. I am very happy to get treatment from such experienced humble doctor. Also, the clinic was taking care of all hygiene at the time of COVID-19.

I have always been satisfied with my treatment at the clinic which is the reason I remained with the clinic when I moved to East Lothian. I have found it harder to get appointments recently especially double appointments for checkups and hygiene together which is frustrating as I travel a distance to come. The dentist is very attentive and explains procedures well.

The Best Humans and Doctors I ever met. They respect you and treat you like human and not see you as money. They spent a lot of time with us to explain everything we needed to know, in comparison with all previous doctors that they didnt even want to listen our problem and their therapies were only to take money. I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.

I had the best treatments ever! Had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed of which 2 were impacted. The two were growing horizontally and were close to the nerves which could cause paralysis should anything go wrong. Plus,I had constant cysts in my mouth! No dentist wanted to extract it due to the risk but Dr Natha was up for the challenge. I was extremely nervous but Dr Natha and his assistant put me totally at ease. The treatment I received throughout was superb! Thank you Dr Natha and assistant, I will forever be grateful. God bless!

As a person who has a HUGE fear of the dentist, Friel couldn't have treated me better. I had to have an emergency molar extraction and she was so lovely and understanding of my fear. She talked me through everything. After a few days I had dry socket, and I called the surgery. Friel called me back and prescribed me antibiotics. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Friel as a dentist 100%. It was more of an expensive appointment as it was a bank holiday Monday and an emergency appointment, but worth every cent.
