I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

This is an excellent dentist. I am always anxious at a dentist, and they were very kind and patient with me. I saw the hygienist and she was excellent, I really liked that the lead dentist was consulted. They also completed an x-ray for me and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them for check-ups and teeth cleaning. Thank you, guys!

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

Even though I live in Texas I have traveled several times over quite a few years to this Dental Clinic. I consider Dr. Monica Sheddon an outstanding Dentist and have always gotten superb treatment. This has involved many types of procedures, including, extractions, Crowns, cleaning and implants.

I came to the clinic with an implant issue, which Dr. Karem made me feel it’s easy and simple with his professional skills. He really made it easy for me—no pain and perfect look. A friend recommended the clinic. First impression: the hygiene is very good, and after surgery, the team was checking on me.

My experience with Dr. Paulino was extraordinary. I was looking for a doctor for a Bichectomy and when I found Dr. Paulino I didn't think twice, I knew instantly that he was in good hands. I had two sets of impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Mei Chong was fantastic. Smooth, efficient, considerate and minimal discomfort despite one tooth more complicated and needed cutting. No discernible swelling after and I could eat normally the next day. Highly recommend. Leigh Oppers also, as an excellent dental hygienist.

I lost a tooth due to a bad root canal a few years back and needed an implant. I tried a few different clinics before deciding that Nhan Tin were far more professional and delivery than the others. The process was very long but very well done. I was happy to wait to get such good results. The staff are all very friendly and polite.
