My first trip to Turkey to have implants and I have to say I'm really impressed. From the very moment I arrived in Turkey, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. My implants have settled really well and I can't wait to go back in 3 months time to have my final fitting for my implants and veneers. Not enough stars for the guys at clinic prime from start to finish of my treatment I was in safe hands. I had an implant procedure done about 2 weeks ago and fingers crossed all going well. I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

Before to choose a clinic I checked so many of them and now I can tell you that I made a best decision to come to Perla Dental Centre. Outstanding communication with all of their team members from day one. Airport transfer, hotel, breakfast and transfer from hotel to dental clinic sometimes 2/3 times in one day( no long waiting hours). Top management. Don’t be afraid to come alone you will be in a good hands. Never experienced such a good and fast response to all my millions of questions from Orhan Madan. Dentists are very caring and accurate. Me and my husband come here for implants and zirconium crowns and my dentist didn’t finish his job until I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Perla Dental Centre.
