We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. We felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and we built a very good relationship with the English team. We were not required to pay upfront either. Treatment included Accommodation & VIP Mercedes transfers. Surgery is perfectly in the heart of all popular food and tourist destinations. So we were able to turn the visit into a relaxing holiday at the same time. Will 100% recommend it.
