Where do I even begin? Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team are nothing short of incredible, and I cannot express how grateful I am for finding them. From the moment I started the process of finding the right surgeon for my face and neck lift, I was overwhelmed with choices and nervousness, especially considering travelling to another country for the procedure. But from the very first interaction, Dr Atsal and his team made me feel at ease. After speaking to multiple clinics and having numerous video calls, I knew deep down that Dr. Atsal was the one for me. Something about his demeanour and understanding of my nervousness, and how he patiently walked me through the entire process during our video calls—not once, but twice when I had more questions after a few weeks set him apart from the rest. His dedication to ensuring I felt informed and comfortable was truly remarkable. He has an amazing team, especially Enes. When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I saw Dr Volkan for my implants. It was quick and easy appointment, all done in one appointment and followed by a checkup two days later . Dr Volkan explained follow up care in detail, prescribed all the necessary medicines, mouthwash and mouth spray and even a special toothbrush. I also received all the implant certificates and a treatment plan and all the scans to show to my dentist in London. Dr Volkan is very caring and great at what he does. My swelling was down in 2 days and the pain was gone. Looking forward to going back for the crowns. Thank you so much, Dr Volkan, for everything.

Furkan was very reassuring throughout the whole process (I don't like needles so calmed me down for the anaesthesia). The treatment was painless and thorough, and you can barely notice the fillings are there.
