I was looking for a dentist in Maltepe. But I was very afraid of implant treatment. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy on the recommendation of my friends. All the staff were very attentive and the doctor calmed me down very well before making the implant. They made my implant in 15 minutes and it was really light, I didn't even feel it. Since I was very satisfied with the implant treatment, I decided to have my other procedures done at Istanbul Dental Academy. I told them that I was not satisfied with my smile and they told me that they could make a smile design with zirconium crown. They are extremely fast because they have their own laboratory. They made my mouth full of zirconium crown within 4 days, allowing me to have a very beautiful smile. All dentists are experts in their profession. Compared to most quality places, their prices are quite affordable. I completed my root canal treatment, filling, implant treatment and zirconium crown treatments painlessly in this clinic. I was in urgent need of periodontal treatment, as diagnosed in the UK at a huge cost !! I also, as well as my husband needed implants. We contacted a handful of dental clinics in Istanbul and decided to have our treatment at Ihlamur Dent as Dr Karabey's response to our many questions showed he was thoughtful, knowledgable and caring. We left to him some decisions (regarding expensive v cheaper options) and he opted for the best solution after examining our teeth, leading to a lower-cost option for me. We felt very comfortable with Dr Karabey. He explained the treatment each step of the way and post-op, my severe gum disease is showing all the signs of a healthy set of teeth !! Our implants are complete and we will be going back to Dr Karabey for our crowns. Overall, a very, very positive (and relatively cheap) experience - we paid approx. 25-35% of the price it would have cost us in London. The after-care medication was a fraction of the UK cost (I would say 5-10% of UK pharmacy prices). We would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Karabey in particular.

The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

Visited clinic May 2023. Had a bridge built and installed on front three teeth over three existing implants. Team was excellent in all possible ways. Very high quality of workmanship and of creativity in solving dental issues. Would recommend to anyone.
