The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!

Scared of the dentist? Well go here, I have had lots of work completed, pain-free, whilst watching brilliant films on special glasses, this eliminates sound which is perfect. I am a fairly nervous patient with very sensitive teeth. Dr Shah has been looking after me for many years with general dentistry and treatment including teeth whitening. His care and attention to detail are second to none, his ‘bedside manners’ are impeccable. The practice is modern, immaculate and welcoming. All the nursing staff and receptionists are as professional as the dentists. You can see they are a very good team:) Can’t fault them. Would not go anywhere else. Trust them implicitly. I have a Denplan set up through the surgery which works out a very good value. The additional treatments like teeth whitening were competitively priced too. Newmarket Road Dental Clinic is really first class, I would not go anywhere else.
