I had the best of the best experience at Focus Dental. It was a personal recommendation from a friend in London that took me to Bodrum for my dental work and the care and support was second to none. I stayed many thousand pounds and had much better dental work than in the UK. The dental surgeon also told me that the four London quotes I had been given were for work that didn’t need to be done therefore saving me money but also she wasn’t being paid for the implants - very ethical! I have just returned from Turkey after finishing my treatment for all on four implants. I have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved in my time there and my treatment. My prosthetics doctor's assistant Seda is very kind and skilled for someone so young and very enthusiastic, thank you. My good friend Cavit, my driver is just the best, always on time and keen to help. Above all my prosthetics doctor Ilkyaz was and is amazing. She is so skilled in her work and went out of her way to make everything fit and comfortable. Ilkyaz you are a beautiful star. Thank you. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

During my holiday in Turkey, I went to their clinic to have dental treatment as a result of the advertisement I saw on the internet by chance. All staff were quite pleasant and well-equipped. My dental treatment went off without a hitch. Everything was done in a professional manner.

I can honestly say my experience was great. From the drivers who pick me up from the airport to the nurses who took care of me post-op was all excellent. I recently visited the clinic to have dental implants surgery. Dr Binnur was so patient when I was extremely nervous and she explained every step of the treatment. A lovely young man picked us up from the airport even though our flight was delayed by 4hrs he was so kind and waited for us till 2am. The same young man took us to and from the clinic, kept in touch throughout our holiday and was kind enough to take us back to the airport. I had 2 implants placed, canine tooth removed and a bone graft I was virtually pain free. I am due to return in October to have my crowns fitted and I am looking forward to having a new smile. So glad I chose ASV after alot of research I made the right choice. Fantastic staff so caring and patient, and amazing dentist.
