Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I decided not to take the appointment, as I already got one with another dentist. Navan dental were very helpful and I was delighted to get the appointment, but another one came up closer to home. Very helpful receptionist.

I had a few fillings, root canal and a whitening session. That all went well and didn't feel any pain at all. First time seeing a dentist in years. Also had 2 teeth removed for my orthodontics. I didn't feel a thing. Would definitely recommend as they are very welcoming, friendly and informative.

I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. Professional dental clinic! I had dental cleaning. The staff and the doctor were very friendly, and helpful, spoke English and made me feel very welcome and looked after. I knew I needed a crown and, after being quoted an extortionate price in the UK, I contacted Dr Antonis. He responded very fast and after looking at my xrays agreed that a crown solution was best for me. I visited the Smile Professionals in late 2020 during a pause in the travel restrictions due to the pandemic. And what lovely people they are. From the receptionist to Dr Antonis, so helpful and understanding. Crown treatment was started on a Tuesday and fitted on the Friday. Amazing job and priced very reasonably too. Do not hesitate to go to the Smile Professionals. OH, I had a sleep gum shield made too, same day service for that! Brilliant service!
