Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

Attended my first assessment this morning regarding a consultation for 2 implants.Very informative and the explanation of the procedure was clear.

I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. Dr Kolahi and her team have been amazing with me throughout, being so mindful of my fear of dentistry at all times. I am delighted with the results. I attended Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic on Tuesday 31st January 2023 for my routine visit to the hygienist and dentist. I have been a patient for many years and as always I received a first class service. The clinic was immaculate and the staff at every level was efficient, friendly and totally professional. They always make allowances for my age and check that I am comfortable. If you are looking for a dental practice in Southampton you will not find a better one than this clinic.

I came to this dentist just after the start of lockdown when my own NHS dentist ruined my bridge at the front. I looked into having implants and came for a consultation. Dr Hamid was fantastic and listened to what I wanted. I had a 3D scan and treatment plan drawn up. I had to have a bone transplant due to my jaw bone density not being sufficient enough for the implant. I have had 4 teeth replaced at the front following a childhood accident that has haunted me all my life. Dr Hamid his assistant and receptionist can not do enough for you. My treatment has finished and I am so happy I can smile again with confidence. I will not go anywhere else. If you thinking about implants or cosmetic dental surgery without a doubt they are the best. Not pushy, listen to you, kind and caring. Absolutely fantastic!!

I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.

My Wife and I have had several visits to Cots, mainly for cleaning and hygienist work. We are always very impressed with the quality of service and the high levels of professionalism. We would recomend this dental practice to all our friends and colleagues.

Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.
