We are 14 years in clinical practice. Our team of counsellors and psychotherapists provide counselling for Individuals, Teenagers and also Relationship Counselling. Some of the issues we deal with are anxiety, depression, anger management, bereavement counselling, stress, phobias. We also provide Online Counselling Ireland. EAP. All our counsellors are trained in CBT and Mindfulness as well as other forms of therapy. We provide Life Coaching to help clients achieve the best results possible in their lives. We also developed our weight loss clinic - MindSlim, a weight loss clinic using CBT for lasting weight loss. CBT for weight loss has a 92% success rate.
