All that is required is to speak as openly as possible about any thoughts, feelings, ideas and even dreams that come to your mind. How long does it last? It is a big step for anyone who decides to go to see a therapist. There is no quick fix to therapy. It is up to you to determine how long you would like to complete the work. How often should I go? In order to benefit from the therapy, once a week is preferable. Otherwise it is up to you to decide. Therapy can be costly in general. How much is it going to cost me? I offer reasonable rates of €60 What day do you work? Tuesdays Only

I am educated to master’s level in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a distinction Dip in Counselling & Psychotherapy as well as further certificates in general counselling, bereavement grief and loss, child and adolescent counselling as well as play therapy.  Pluralism is a therapeutic modality which appreciates the many different therapeutic options available and aims to offer you what you want, when you want it. I hold additional certificates/diplomas in; integrative psychotherapy, bereavement grief and loss, child play therapy and adolescent training. Counselling is a journey of self-discovery and growth. People come to counselling for a variety of reasons; low mood, depression, anxiety, addiction; relationship problems, to name a few. Counselling is a way of exploring what is not working in our lives, why we hold onto old patterns and behaviours that no longer serve us well. Counselling can help us reach our full potential and live a happy life. With this in mind great care is taken in tailoring therapy to each individual client.
