Systematic Kinesiology is the answer to keeping the body balanced, able to cope with what life throws at us.By challenging muscles in specific positions as a biofeedback mechanism, a qualified Kinesiologist will get to the root of the problem and be able to deal with it. In my kinesiology sessions  I use muscle reflex as the bodys biofeedback mechanism to assess on what level( nutritional, structural, emotional or energetic) the imbalance is and to correct it with the relevant technique. Why does it work? Simply because your body knows everything about who you are and the body never lies.!!!! Kinesiology is truly a holistic approach.
