Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I visited Carolina Medical Center as a health care tourist from the UK. Given the long UK National Health Service waiting times for treatment, and the high price of private treatment as an alternative, Carolina Medical Center offered immediate attention at a very competitive price. I was very happy with their excellent service. After booking an MRI for my painful shoulder, and an examination by an orthopaedic surgeon who recommended some x-rays that were completed immediately as well as the MRI, I got the diagnosis I needed and a treatment plan. I was struck by their efficiency. My initial inquiry by email and subsequent appointment were very promptly managed by their Medical Tourism Specialist. Once at the Center, I was seen punctually. And I was impressed by their professionalism: an unhurried and very respectful approach from the surgeon who answered all my questions. It is well worth the trip to Warsaw. And for UK medical tourists like me, everybody I encountered spoke English adequately enough so that there weren't any communication problems. I highly recommend!

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. His services made the entire trip much more comfortable and easier, making the entire process seem like a walk in the park. All in all the experience was 10/10. I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.

Have been availing of the TECAR Therapy over the past 6 months. I have found it an excellent preventative therapy for a long term lower back problem. After the first couple of sessions I noticed that the problem area was gaining strength and resilience, something I hadn’t experienced with tradition physiotherapy treatments in the past. The treatments are further enhanced by Brian’s empathic approach, which adds greatly to the overall wellness experienced from the session. Would highly recommend Brian and the cottage clinic .
