Aromatherapy Full Body Massage (1 hour)
Aromatherapy uses a synergistic blend of essential oils extracted from flowers and plants combined with massage strokes with the aim to balance the emotions and improve general health and wellbeing. ?Aromatherapy Massage focuses on stimulating both the lymphatic and nervous systems to aid in a deep relaxation. ?Your therapist will carefully choose a blend of essential oils to address your symptoms or mood. These are added to carrier oils and applied to your skin through massage. There is evidence that Aromatherapy can alleviate symptoms associated with stress and relieve tension. Essential oils may also be chosen for their detoxifying properties. ?We can make oil blends to your specifications.

Deep Tissue Massage (1 hour)
Deep tissue massage is helpful for releasing tense and contracted areas such as a stiff neck, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders, allowing the spine and limbs to move more freely, and drastically reducing pain. Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the pressure is generally more intense. Deep tissue massage can help the following conditions: •Chronic pain •Headaches •Limited mobility •Recovery from injuries (e.g. whiplash, falls, sports injury) •Repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome •Postural problems •Osteoarthritis pain •Fibromyalgia •Muscle tension or spasm Deep tissue massage is highly beneficial in the treatment of trigger points, tender spots which trigger pain and discomfort. Trigger points usually develop due to a muscular overload and are actually the result of a local area of ischemia (a restriction in blood supply to the tissues). Deep tissue massage is highly beneficial in the treatment of trigger points and often releases the area of tension almost instantaneously.

Rejuvenating facial massage (1 hour)
Holistic facial rejuvenating massage ?This facial massage involves a sequence of massage techniques which act as a natural facelift with no need for surgery, helping you look (and often feel!) younger. We all have tension which builds up in our facial muscles and many of us would love to reduce wrinkles, so it’s not surprising that this is a very popular and sought-after treatment. The therapy is designed to be a gentle non-invasive approach to looking younger. It can be easy for certain thoughts and emotions to become habitual, locking themselves into expressions on our faces - sometimes over the duration of a whole lifetime. Under such conditions muscles can actually "dry up" and contract, inhibiting freedom of expression. This can encourage ageing and the formation of wrinkles as the face loses its muscle tone and elasticity. Facial rejuvenation massage works primarily by freeing constrictions both within the facial muscles and in the connective tissue.
