Chiropodist Consultation

ESPH’s podiatrists specialise in the diagnosis & management of foot and foot related pathology. This can range from simple skin care such as corns, to the management of complex musculoskeletal disorders which are caused or exacerbated by abnormal foot function. We recognise that in order to to get to the underlying cause of your problem we need to consider not only your foot but also how the rest of you moves. Changes in foot function with the use of orthotics and / or exercise therapy can change the way the lower limb functions and reduce the damaging forces that ultimately give rise to pain and injury.

Lizzie Budge

Job Title:
  Physiotherapist
Biography:
Lizzie studied physiotherapy at Keele University, graduating in 2006, and has been working in musculo-skeletal physio ever since. Over the years she has enjoyed working with a wide variety of patients from young athletes to the more elderly population. She believes in an approach to treatment which combines manual aspects of treatment with functional and exercise-based rehab and is very interested in the various ways which we can train good posture and balanced movement. Lizzie also has a keen interest in women’s health – trying to look at the typical problems from a more holistic ‘whole-body’ approach. Outside work Lizzie has a love-hate relationship with running and genuinely enjoys skiing and tennis as well as cooking and the theatre. Lizzie has worked at ESPH Harley Street since 2013.
