Physiotherapy can help with the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. Session involve a mixture of hands on manual therapy techniques and individually tailored exercise prescriptions. Physiotherapy is provided by Holly Windsor-Beck at Newark Osteopathic Clinic. Holly is a member of the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapy) and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). Holly studied physiotherapy at Nottingham University achieving a 1 class honours degree. She has a background in sports massage and has a special interest in running injuries.

We are based in Lichfield and provide a high quality home visit physiotherapy service across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We don't have a physical clinic instead we come to you at a day and time of your choosing. We are available 7days/ week from 7am - 9.30pm.

Her treatment approach utilises the most up to date manual and exercise techniques derived from experience and evidence based medicine. She has an excellent experienced background having worked with numerous boxers, actors, professional dancers and singers. As a former county level sprinter a current runner and Pilates instructor, Zarah is empathetic with her fellow sporting clients. She is able to draw upon personal experience in order to help others recover from injury as quickly as possible and looks for ways to prevent recurrence of these injuries.
