I was recommended to Maria many years ago. I had suffered a whiplash injury and the pain went all the way from my neck through to my lower back and worsened during cold or damp weather. After suffering for many months and thinking I would just have to live with it, I went to Maria on my friend's advice but admit I was not hopeful. However, after just a few visits, I felt the pain decreasing and gradually everything started to loosen up. I was shocked at how ‘tight’ I had become from being tense because of the ongoing pain. After around 6 sessions, I was able to stop going and felt absolutely fine. Every now and then I get some pain or stiffness due to tension but a couple of visits to Maria and I’m right as rain again! Now I only have to go every few years! I think the last time I went recently it had been over 6 years since my last visit. I recommend everyone to Maria including my own grown-up kids who also go when they need to. I can wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere:)

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.

Just remarkable. In Autumn 2019 I was experiencing extreme ankle pain, leaving me limping in agony and unable to walk properly. An orthopaedic consultant recommended surgery for a ruptured tendon, which I did not want to have, and then Covid hit. After 3 years of pain and being unable to walk properly, despite rehab PT, which had helped a lot but not enough to prevent pain after walking even 10 minutes (I was cycling everywhere), I was on the point of giving in and asking for the surgery. Then my sister recommended me to the Richmond Clinic, having had her heel spur successfully treated there. Dr Patel quickly diagnosed the issue and confidently said it would take 3-4 sessions of shockwave treatment to fix. I admit I was sceptical, how could she be so sure? But sure enough, after 3 years of not being able to walk any further than 3 minutes up the road. The shockwave treatment and supplementary chiropractic fixed my ankle tendons and hip misalignment in just four sessions. Utterly incredible and I am so, so grateful to be moving freely again and not feeling so very old at 57! I want to say it's some kind of magic, but I know it is Dr Patel's talent, education, experience and deep expertise that is behind it. And she's a really lovely warm and caring person to boot. Worth every penny.
