Saltash Osteopathy is the longest established Osteopathy Clinic in Saltash. Procedures performed include physiotherapy, podiatry, osteopathy, sports massage, electrotherapy and administering facet joint injections.

The Wilmslow clinic was founded by Dr Scott Middleton in 1979. Common conditions treated include musculoskeletal pain and sprains; low back pain; slipped discs; sciatica; neck and arm pains; whiplash; sports injuries; headaches; pelvic, groin, coccyx and perineal pains. If required, acupuncture needles can be used to relax muscle spasm. A combination of gentle chiropractic and associated techniques, particularly Diversified, Applied Kinesiology and dry needling,  are combined to give fast effective relief of pain .
