I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I underwent gynecomastia surgery at Coramed Clinic in August 2023, I am a 31yo male, living in the UK, who slowly developed a mild form of gynecomastia due to the use of steroids (on/off for the past few years) Being extremely aware of my look, meant I was looking for a top service, a surgery where I could barely see the scars if looking at it months later, hence why I contacted Coramed Clinic and asked for Dr. Wojciech to be my surgeon. I am beyond impressed with the exceptional care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff, but mainly from the result of the surgery. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I am less than 3 months post-surgery, the scars have fully healed and it's impossible to see them even from a close distance!

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Dr Harry and the team have been amazing to me throughout my IVF journey. I honestly didn't think I would be pregnant sitting here writing this review given the odds in my situation due to my very low amh and being told by other clinics to consider donor eggs. I can say that Dr Harry did not ever mention these options to me and made me feel at ease during the whole process, being there to answer all my questions at any time during the day was very easy to get hold of. I cannot thank him and the team enough for everything they have done for me and for understanding my situation. I will forever be grateful as my IVF worked the first time around and I am still gobsmacked. If you are in doubt about what clinic to use I would highly recommend to stop looking and using Pelargos. Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.
