I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment and procedures I have had at First Health Medical and Skin Centre. Dr Fouzia Rizvi and Dr Jawaid are very professional, efficient and caring. The procedures I have had done were painless and I was put at ease by the doctors. The clinic is very clean and tidy and the patients are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience from start to finish at Nadezhda hospital. We felt in very safe hands with Dr Stamenov. His calm mannered, friendly and expert approach made us feel at ease and we had every confidence in him. We travelled from the UK after previously undergoing fertility treatment in a UK clinic without success. The treatment and experience we received at Nadezhda hospital were far superior. One of the main differences we found was that we saw Dr Stamenov at every appointment. During the stimulation phase, we regularly attended the clinic so he could perform scans and amend medication where necessary. He also carried out egg collections and embryo transfers. He is so passionate and you really feel that he genuinely cares. In our eyes, he is a miracle worker! Our treatment was facilitated by Iva and colleagues from Medspa. We can’t sing their praises enough, they were highly professional, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We are a same-sex couple in our early 40’s so both decided to have IVF treatment at the same time using donor sperm from the hospital. Amazingly we both became pregnant first time after frozen embryo transfer. Sadly one of us miscarried, however, we are now proud parents of a beautiful baby boy and we have frozen embryos stored at the clinic for future use. We found travelling to and from Sofia relatively easy, we treated each visit as a bit of a holiday and enjoyed taking in the sights and local food. Everything was excellent value for money. After a long time spent researching clinics abroad, we are so glad that we decided to use Nadezhda hospital and Medspa. We would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.
