I offer my treatments in a dedicated room in my house providing a calm quiet oasis where my clients can take time out to aid the healing process. Providing the client with a calm space to relax in is the first step and all treatments are tailored to the client's own specific needs. I take a holistic approach to all my treatments, I believe passionately in treating the whole person mind, body and spirit. All treatments are provided in a professional manner and are totally confidential. I trained in Green Tara College in Navan. I qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Usui Reiki. I have completed a course in Anti natal care and reflexology in the anti natal period. I also lecture and train students in Reflexology to ITEC level.

At the Natural Health Centre, Curraheen, Cork Nutrition and well being go hand in hand. We use the latest scientific information about biology and nutritional sciences to get to the root cause of your problem and remove it from teh ground up. Masking symptoms is not our way. We will use our knowledge to help change your health for the better for longer. While Nutrition is our core practise we also use other techniques to reduce stress, improve energy, reduce symptoms of ill health, improve weight, reduce inflammation improve mood and much more related to wellbeing and health.

Ken Loftus - CBT - MIACP MIACP - BA Psych/Dip Coun./Cert.CBT/Cert. Mindfulness  Ken works as an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, was with Pieta House, a suicide crisis intervention centre for 3 and a half years.  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy brings in specific therapeutic models to work with specific Anxiety disorders and Depression. The main types of Anxiety dealt with are: OCD, GAD, Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety. Ken’s integrative style combines the solution-focused counselling styles of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and RT/CT (Reality Therapy/Choice Theory) with the therapeutic sides of Mindfulness and Guided Imagery, to name a few. This cross-over between popular and successful styles of support in one’s mental health helps ground and guide their past, present and future.
