I‘m from Austria / Pilot 2 years ago I have been through a recommendation in Dr.Özmen‘s Clinic to transplant my own hair to the right place. Everything was like as Dr.Özmen explained before and her Service is really Perfect from the Beginning. The operation was very smooth without any pain! She implanted my own Hair to the right place and it looks really cool again, I’m so happy at all! After Operation - Dr.Ôzmen and her Team was available by phone for each question for almost 24h. I am from the UK and this was my second visit to Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation in Istanbul. I came back to them because they provided a competitive price and amazing service levels on my previous visit which was to have 5000 hairs transplanted back in November 2022. It is now November 2023 and I was there to have 3500 more hairs transplanted in this my 2nd transplant to give me more density. The whole process was incredibly smooth from the initial consultation, through to the meet and greet at the airport, thank you to Zafar, the driver, a great guy, the taxi provided every time we met up and the hotel accommodation. The hotel was a good 4 * with free breakfast, gym and food available to order to your room. The hotel was local to most shops and a modest walk away from attractions. The professionalism of Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation could not have been better. The surgeons provided a pre-op consultation where they worked with me and answered all my questions as we decided together what would be best for my hair. They were trained professionals who performed an excellent and thorough operation. The only pain I suffered was the initial few injections to numb the head. Don't misunderstand me these were very painful, but after these, absolutely no pain at all during the operation, or after I drifted off to sleep 3 times 😄. Pr p injections and aftercare were provided and throughout I had a wonderful English-speaking translator, who was with me at all times. I am someone who will find a fault in anything and I really looked but I could not find any here. Perfect service at a competitive price from start to finish. I can recommend Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation to anyone who is thinking of a hair transplant. I was bald on the crown and front. Now one year in I have hair which gives me greater confidence and I look much younger. Such an amazing service!

Exceptional experience!!!! The entire staff was so kind. Patient. Professional. So far beyond our expectations. From the very beginning as we travelled by car to Turkey, to compiling some guides for sightseeing. Constantly checking in to make sure we were ok during our journey. Once we arrived to the clinic we were well received and taken care of. Emre was our contact there and was so helpful. He explained every step of the procedure and never left our side. The driver who chauffeured us back and forth was also so kind. Very cheerful and as a former client of gold city offered great service. After the procedure, the medical consultants checked in often to make sure there were no issues and responded quickly if we had any questions. Even now, 2 weeks later they are still checking in on us to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. We have already recommended Gold City to others here in Greece and Italy and will do so when we get back to USA. This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

This was my second hair transplant after expensive and unsuccessful procedure in US. I did months of research then found this clinic. If you are looking for the right clinic to get a hair transplant don't hesitate for a second.
