I started losing hair at an early age and found out about Dr Aydin’s clinic and treatment plan through a childhood friend of mine. I made an appointment, flew to Turkey, had a great time and amazing food, then came home satisfied with the results. The clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and the Doctor is experienced.

I had a hair transplant on Jun 12th at Estenbulhealth. All my experience was sensational since I arrive in Turkey, some people received me at the airport and stayed with me all the time till a driver arrives for me to pick me up at the clinic. You can choose if you want to have a treatment same day you arrive or the next day is after you, I choose the same day. After around 20 minutes the driver came and took me to the clinic like 30 minutes trip in one of the most beautiful cities I have been to, Istanbul. I arrived at the clinic I met Olga the representative, amazing young woman and super friendly. It was super early so she took me to walk around, know the city and for breakfast before the treatment. I met the doctor around 8 am a charismatic doctor, I had to say and he drew my hairline after passing my blood test. I met the team, around 6 to 8 people worked in my surgery, Olga were there translating everything occurs during surgery and asking you if all good if you need water etc. The service was excellent and people really professional. The treatment took 8 hours, I had a lunch after they extracted all my hair from the back in total 2600 grafts. I have to say the hotel was really good and clean. The clinic was really clean, bright, people really good and friendly. Overall this treatment and price are 100% worth it. Really recommend it to all who wants to have a hair transplant.

Und ich kann berichten, dass ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Endergebnissen bin .Ein sehr professioneller Arzt der auch seiner Arbeit schätzt, und ein sehr kompetentes Team die auch 24h ansprechbar sind . My advice for anyone in the UK (or elsewhere for that matter) is to ignore the expensive and glitzy Harley Street, celebrity surgeries & the many new “budget” clinics appearing around London & get your hair transplant done by the professionals at Hairneva in Istanbul. Before my procedure, I did extensive research & contacted several clinics in Istanbul & actually visited one of the budget clinics here in London (which was horrendous)! Hairneva where not only one of the quickest and most detailed in their responses to my many questions prior to choosing my clinic, but from the moment of 1st contact to seeing me out the door on day 2, Sevil (my contact at Hairneva) was nothing short of exceptional & looked after my every need. Be in no doubt, a hair transplant is NOT a minor procedure akin to having a hair treatment injection, my procedure took almost 11 hours and the fact alone that Hairneva carry out all their procedures in an actual hospital should elevate them on to anyone’s shortlist. The hospital is private, upmarket & professional. Before my procedure, I was given a full blood test, blood pressure & health check (all very reassuring). Back to the Hairneva team & what can I say! Whilst I didn’t see Dr Öztürk in person during my stay, the entire team were professional, courteous and polite. Nothing was rushed & everyone new precisely what they were doing. As stated, my procedure took 11 hours and at one point after I started to feel a bit faint (you are lying down for a very long time) I was offered a break and served a meal despite the time being 9.30pm. The entire procedure never once felt rushed and the reassuring Sevil stayed throughout – in fact we were the last ones to leave the Hospital at 11.30pm! For anyone not familiar with Istanbul, Sevil arranged all my transportation including the return trip to the airport. All in all, any nerves I had about having my procedure done abroad were negated by the professionalism of the team and their attention to detail. Best of all, I had my transplant done for roughly the same price as that quoted by that horrendous budget clinic in London which operated (literally!) above a shop! The difference in service & surroundings could not have been more glaring! I’m now in month two following my procedure – the donor area has completely healed (no gaps) & as predicted the transplanted new hair has shed and there is just a hint of new growth underneath. I’ll make my final judgement in a few months’ time but thanks to the Hairneva team even at this frustrating stage in the process I am 100% confident that by this time next year, I’ll once again have a full head of hair. In summary, I could not recommend Hairneva enough, especially for anyone like myself who is extremely conscious about their hair and a little daunted by having it done abroad - what I thought would be a nightmare experience, in reality, turned out to be a lovely Istanbul break with the added bonus of having a professional hair-transplant whilst I was there! All I had to do was show up. Thank you Hairneva team and special thanks to Sevil for making it all that little bit easier all around. 5 stars.
