Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. However, I wanted the Estetik Hair team to have the best they could have so they could do their best to give me their best so I could look my best. Within 19 hours from walking into their office near Bitez to walking out of the brand new Acibadem hospital with a new head of hair. I have followed their instructions implicitly and am excited to see the new hair growth. I was unsure as to whether to have the treatment done and who to use. I just had my nose job at dermolife clinic and I am highly satisfied with the results. The operation was successfully performed by Dr.Raniero Orsini and I cannot thank him enough because he made my biggest dream come true.Also Dr.Anisa , Dr.Shqipe , the nurse Klaudia and the receptionist girls were all really kind and they carefully provided me with all the information and details that I needed before surgery.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

Andominoplasty and breast at Optimed. Kindly note that my profession is a nurse and am very observant and diligent on hospital settings but this my pure opinion as a customer and a client. Just for the sake of information my needs were of an 8 hr operation. Sterling service, Optimal Care all through out that is from day one, till bank in Malta from top to bottom that is coordinator, surgeons, anaesthetist, nurses, auxiliary staff and all. Very clean and upto specks hospital. I am going again very soon.
