The all female team at the clinic were very professional and made me very relaxed. The session was 11 hours. The pain was bearable, it was the aneasthesia injections that hurt but these are essential. It was pain similar to a long tattoo session. I have only had my transplant two days ago but am very hopeful for the final outcome. The team said they were very proud of the results. Asli was my contact at the clinic, as she speaks very good English. She explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. I had been quoted 1600 euros for 4000 grafts but on the day they took 4500+ for no extra money. I am very happy i chose this clinic. These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

Everything from my initial free consultation, through my treatment and aftercare for a small growth on my head and a brown mole on the side of my forehead was absolutely fantastic. Dr Benitez was thorough and sensitive to my needs and so very professional, the operations that she carried out were exceptional. The general care at Dr Benitez's clinic was something I have not experienced before. Caring and professional from the very beginning with aftercare that was so very good. A particular mention has to go to her nurse and her colleagues who were so very friendly, wonderful!! I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care and kindness.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic in July 2023. The doctor was Yusuf Ozturk. We previously contacted the doctor and made an operation plan. Everything went well on the day of the operation. We started at 11:00 and finished at 18:00. It's been half a year and I'm happy with the result. Yusuf is a very good attentive doctor and a true professional.
