Very professional treatment by Lisa Mccarthy in a warm and friendly environment. Cause and symptoms were clearly explained and treatment was carried out which proved successful as always.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

My enquiry was tubal ligation reversal and his response was very fast and I booked my flights from England, met Dr Erhan at his lovely clinic and discussed the procedure which was performed the next day. I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
