I was not very satisfied with the result of my breast reduction and the offered kindly to help me with a revision and I expect to get what I want this second time. Only hospital rate is on me, the dr.’s Work is included in the amount I already paid. It is a real guarantee and I am so thankful. Was difficult to me to talk about my problem but they were just pleased to help.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I needed a lesion on my forearm removed. Having located Thornhill Clinic in a brief online search, I submitted an enquiry form, which elicited a speedy response. The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

After years of discomfort and embarassment, I finally decided to look into the possibility of having the labiaplasty procedure. I attended a consultation at another clinic and was disappointed to find out the total cost was so high but also felt uncomfortable having the consultation with a non-clinical member of staff. After some research, I found Oakden clinic but was concerned that the low price may be too good to be true. My first consultation put my mind at ease, Mr.Masood was incredibly professional and explained everything that I needed to know, I left feeling completely confident. I went ahead with the procedure at Oakdin clinic 6 days ago and I cannot believe how quickly I am recovering. I was so anxious about the procedure but it was completely painless and surprisingly relaxing. The numbing cream was amazing as I could not feel the anaesthetic and could not feel a single thing the whole time, it was over so quickly. Mr Masood ensured I was okay throughout and Ann the nurse kindly kept me company and took my mind off everything by talking to me which really helped a lot. I have had zero complications and can already see a massive improvement with minimal swelling or bruising. I know that this is going to make such a huge difference to my everyday life and I cannot thank them to enough, I just wish more people knew about them and that I had done this much sooner! I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Amazing specialists. I was with Sean throughout my pregnancy and was happy with him. Now mostly visiting Mark who is very competent specialist in all possible areas and always happy to refer for further tests to confirm or rule out a diagnosis or if patient needs peace of mind.

Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.
