I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

I have visited the Springwell Clinic now 4 times after a recommendation from a friend. After every visit, I feel fantastic! All the team are extremely friendly and made me feel very relaxed, I have had my last 2 treatments with Stephanie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is relaxed and very professional, I felt like I was in very safe hands! The last treatment I had was Profhilo, I love it! I started to see the difference within 2 weeks. My whole face and neck look a lot softer and a lot of the fine lines have disappeared. I will definitely be going back again. Also good to know Springwell have started their own range of cruelty-free make up. Well done Springwell!

I had a cyst removed from my scalp in April 2023. Dr Deepak Rallan was brilliant. Very caring and explained every step as he done it. A very knowledgeable and thorough person. He made me feel at ease from the start. All his staff were brilliant too. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since it was removed and had stitches removed this week. All healed up with no problems. I suffered for 6 years with an itchy scalp with nothing externally visible...I had been to the doctors, dermatologists countless times over this 6 year period.
