Had yet another appointment with Claire yesterday as per usual, she was her lovely self. So nice to walk into the practice as always and get a friendly welcome from all the girls. Another appointment next week, will miss my visits when treatment is finished. However knowing me, I will be back. Will still need to see Jo for hygienist appointments.

As a very nervous patient I always feel that my concerns are listened to by the staff here. Everyone is friendly and takes the time to reassure me. Alex explains everything in detail and makes me feel much more in control and Becca is the same at hygiene appointments. The feeling of control makes my anxiety much less and though no one really likes going to the dentist I feel much more relaxed here than previous clinics I've used. I would recommend this practice to everyone for their professional skills but especially for their great people skills with nervous patients.

He clearly explained all of my options from the start and as well as being highly skilled, has been very kind and patient throughout the preparation and fitting process. I feel both grateful and blessed to have discovered Dr. Ric’s dental practice. He is an excellent communicator, gentle and a gracious man. This afternoon, along with his dental nurse Huma, he restored my bridge to perfection. I had been told by another dental practitioner it wasn’t possible to re-cement the bridge and that l needed implants! Dr Ric assessed the status of my bridge and told me it could be restored. It was wonderful to be given positive news on the status of my bridge. I had a clear dental payment plan so there were no hidden surprises at the end of treatment.
