Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis is a great doctor! He is extremely professional. He is very kind and polite. I’m grateful to him. Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis really strives to give the best care possible to each of his patients. Fantastic doctor! Moreover, it was very important for me that a doctor speaks Russian.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I have been on Mark Saliba's books for many years now, having found the best dentist in the world it really is a no-brainer to look elsewhere! The whole team at Delicate Dentistry are totally professional at what they do - efficient, friendly, always encouraging, helpful and consistently so too. Mark himself is such a gentle practioner of his profession, yet carries out procedures to the very highest of standards and his dental nurses too work to the same high standard in complete harmony with him. I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
