5 weeks post-op -breast augmentation from A to C. I cannot recommend Dr Matthew James highly enough. It took me almost 20 to finally go through with the operation, as I was always too scared to commit to the surgery in case something went wrong. After my initial consultation with Dr James, I knew straight away that I'm in safe hands. He made me feel very comfortable, very honest, thorough in explaining the pros and cons, answered all my questions and made the whole process feel really easy (which it was to be honest). Didn't feel any pressure at all to commit to the surgery which was a big bonus for me. He gave me an option of sizes, and his recommendations and I'm very happy that I have listened to him rather than going too big (5 weeks later and I don't really feel that I had the surgery or that I have implants in (they feel so in sync with my body). My breasts look very natural, and I couldn't be happier. The surgery itself went really well, staff at the Cadogan Clinic were really nice and carrying. Straight after the operation I felt fine, almost no pain, no bruising at all Incisions were really small and neat, few months and I probably won't even remember that they are there. Communication has been very easy and Tracey, his PA is also super nice and brilliant at answering any questions. Pricing was very clear from the beginning, with no hidden costs. Dr James was recommended to me by my friend, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone who is looking for a natural results!

I had my op in march 2022 at golden med hair clinic, after a few months of Whatsapping with Eman. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect but when I got to the clinic I realised how professional and clean the clinic was and how helpful Eman was in explaining everything and making sure I was satisfied with every step of the procedure. The nurses and Eman were very good through out the experience and provided a lunch and transport to and from the clinic. The aftercare was explained down to the very detail which made a huge help when I got home, and even after I got home if I had any questions or issues Eman was always on hand to reply straight away on what app with the answers which was brilliant. I've recommended Eman and golden med hair to many friends and collegue since I've came back because of my experience there professionalism and Emans help which I couldnt thank her enough for!

I have been struggling for many years now because of the extra skin due to weight loss. It took me 3 years to finally reach out to clinics to remove the skin. I had lost 50 kilo’s in total over the years. When I finally had the courage, I started studying about several treatments. I came to the conclusion that I would need a tummy tuck to remove the skin. I went to different clinics to see which clinic would be the best for my body type. In total, I went to 5 different clinics. 4 of them told me that I needed a fleur de lis. Which is a big scar from my lower abdomen with a big vertical line until my breast? It might sound selfish but I didn’t work this hard to end up with a big scar all over my abdomen. The 5th clinic was Essential Aesthetics. There I met Dr. Piombino. He showed me several cases similar to mine. He told me that he almost never does fleur de lis. The cases where he did the fleur de lis where with people who already had a scar in the same place. And that it’s absolutely unnecessary to scar my body up to my breast. At first, I was hesitant because 4 out of 5 doctors told me I needed a fleur de lis. When I told him about my concern he showed me several cases he had done. The before and afters were amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions and understood my fear and had the ability to make everything sound very logic. After the consultation, I was very confident that I wanted to do the surgery with Dr. Piombino. The day of the surgery was unreal. I was nervous and excited at the same time. Dr. Piombino and Dr. Jansen came to see me and we had a nice casual conversation which really calmed me down. After I woke up the staff told me that the surgery went really well and that I had to rest. They gave me something to eat and I slept for one hour. When I woke up my partner was in my room talking with dr. Piombino. The doctor told me that the surgery took one hour longer than expected because he wanted the most perfect result for me and that he was very pleased with the outcome. I cried after hearing those words because I felt so much relief afterwards. I knew that I had made the right decision even though I hadn’t seen the final result yet. I am now 8 months post-op and I couldn’t be any happier. It feels like I finally have my life back and the results are AMAZING. The fact that you all are still in contact with me even after the operation shows me that your clinic really does care about their patients.
