I recently had bilateral otoplasty with the plastic surgeon at Beautiful Beings. The initial consultation and follow up were at the Beautiful Beings clinic just outside Hull and the surgery was at a nearby hospital. The staff at both the clinic and the hospital were very professional and reassuring. Both clinic and hospital were clean and friendly environments. The surgeon was very clear about what would happen during and after the operation and what the result should be. The cost was clearly set out and payment was easy. The surgery was completely pain-free except for the initial anaesthetic injection (which didn't hurt much at all), and the operation was over in 45 mins. The first night was a bit uncomfortable but the recovery was very smooth and pain-free. The result is excellent, exactly what was discussed in the consultation and I'm so happy!
Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise.
