Best Apply for patients with a BMI under 30. Length : Anesthesia: In our practice the procedure is typically performed under epidural regional block plus intravenous sedation . Inpatient/Outpatient: Either inpatient or outpatient depending on the preference of the surgeon and recovery evolution. Possible Side Effects: Mild, temporary discomfort, mild to moderate swelling, a change in nipple sensation (either increased or decreased), and temporary bruising. Risks: Either one breast implant or both may need to be removed and/or replaced to treat problems including: implant rupture, the formation of scar tissue around the implant (capsular contracture), bleeding and/or infection or fluid accumulation. Insurance : Most cosmetic surgery procedures are considered elective and therefore not covered under medical insurance. Because complications may occur even with the most qualified surgeon, In DR you can acquired as an extra cost, an insurance with limited coverage for eventualities in  first 30 days post-op. Recovery: The patient can return to work within a few days. She should avoid any physical contact with her breasts (excluding her bra) for approximately three to four weeks. Results: The overall effect is enhancement of breast size for improved appearance. Visiting us : You must visit our office for the pre-op. evaluation 2 days before the surgical day ( if traveling from USA / America ) or  4 days (if traveling from Europe) and stay in DR for at least 10 days for follow up.

Possible Side Effects: Temporary bruising, swelling, numbness, soreness or burning sensations. Risks: Infection, asymmetry, rippling of the skin, pigmentation changes (hypo/hyper), injury to the skin, fluid retention and/or excessive loss of blood and fluids. Recovery: The patient usually returns to work after five to fourteen days. Pain, bruising, and swelling after the procedure is normal, and will typically subside within several weeks. You will likely need to wear a special compression garment for eight weeks to provide support minimize swelling, and help the skin conform to the new contours of the body. Results: The effect is permanent and must be augmented with a sensible diet and consistent exercise. Insurance: Visiting us: The cost reflected this item refers to liposuction more than two body areas. You must visit our office for the pre-op. evaluation 2 days before the surgical day (if traveling from USA / America) or 4 days (if traveling from Europe) and stay in DR for at least 12 days for follow up.
