He studied general medicine at the Central East University, where he is graduated, with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology at the UCE Medical Center, in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and the Calderon Guardia Hospital in San José, Costa Rica. He is a former President of the Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the Dominican Republic, east subsidiary. It is also a member of the following entities: Dominican Medical College (CMD). Dominican Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO). American Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FLASOG). Certificate and Associate Member of the Institute of Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation of los Ángeles, California, U.S.A. Cosmetic Gynecology International Society, New Jersey, U.S.A.
