If you are thinking about a gastric sleeve, my advice to you is stop thinking about it and go and see Dr Süleyman. He and Arina are first class from first contact. Please do not have a second thought about going out the country, in my opinion it’s better than the NHS. The staff aren’t anywhere near as stretched and the care is better. The nurses are none stop fussing around you, infact to the point where it might even feel a bit no much to some people. The aftercare is there for ever, they have even asked me to return and seen him when my weight has started to move, you are given a full diet, they even buy your meal to take home, medication to take home until you don’t need to take it any more. I have text Dr Süleyman a few questions and he returns my messages instantly. I was very apprehensive before I went, but now I’ve been I’ll shout from the highest building how good it’s been. 🛑STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST DO IT. 🛑

The hormonal effect is the loss of appetite with reduced release of the ghrelin hormone produced by the cells in the fundus, which is the upper part of the stomach. After the operation, the patients lose about 65-70% of their excess weight in about 12 months.One of the greatest advantages of operation of the tube gastric (sleeve gastrectomy) is that there is no problem in the intake of vitamins and minerals since there is no operation that affects the absorption.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

In seven weeks I have lost 2.5st (16kg). I had a mild infection in one of the op sites which is to be expected but everything else went smoothly. Thank you Dr Oruç, Afef and the team.
