The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I recently had a tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift & thigh lift and everything from communication with Omar to arriving at the hospital. You feel in good hands and always have a translator at hand. I stayed in the hospital the whole time and didn't use the hotel as I was having a lot of surgery and I was alone. I would recommend this clinic and would like to thank all the staff ...now to recover.

Dr Cem, Almira, Zeynep, Gökçe and the hospital team were brilliant for my entire bypass process. From booking to arriving in Istanbul I was greeted by the most beautiful Maybach van to travel to the hospital with another patient, who I am still in contact with 3 months later as we share our journeys! I was taken to a very smart and clean private hospital room where all of my observations were done by quick and talented nursing staff. We were then whisked away to see the cardiologist attending, have x-rays done and sign all of our elective forms subject to satisfactory results from pre-op testing. The surgeon will not proceed with any kind of procedure if these do not come back as satisfactory! It's important to note I was not asked to pay any more than my deposit until it had been confirmed that I was going ahead with the operation and all test results were accepted. I slept in the hospital overnight. The bed was pretty unforgiving on my poor hips but all hospital beds are the same! Designed for function, not comfort. The next morning I saw Dr Cem again to confirm I would be the second one going under for the op day, so took the chance to wish my new room neighbour good luck as he was going first. The surgery itself was over in a flash. I had a slight added complication that the top of my belly is surprisingly narrow underneath that chunky layer of fat and I think they had to move a few things around a bit to get the job done. The surgeon was great though, I came away with 4 tiny cuts and one drainage pipe. The drainage is removed after about two days, it can be a nuisance to tote around but it has a clip attached to it so you can hook it onto your clothing. The nurses are incredibly attentive and will do anything for you. I was never short of water or pain relief after my op. The night nurses check on you religiously through the early hours. I found it very hard being able to only sleep on my back for long periods. With a bit of Google Translate's help, I was provided with extra pillows to support my arms and blankets. The view and noises from the window were really good. You'll hear the call to prayer countless times during your stay and the area is peaceful and respectful around the hospital. There was never any shouting or honking etc, all very relaxing. The blinds in the room were thankfully adjustable as Turkish mornings are very bright! The nurses will have you up and walking in a matter of hours after the surgery. The private wing is quiet and calming, you have a grab rail along the entire hallway to cling to if needed and plenty of chairs to rest on! It also gives you a chance to socialise a bit with other patients. We had me, an Englishman, a Welsh couple, and a Polish lady all in the same corridor. There are only about 8 suites in the wing, and it's keypad locked so there's no one without a purpose wandering past your room! I saw Dr Cem multiple times during my stay. He made a point of visiting to have a chat at least once a day with all of his patients, and he's a kind and knowledgeable man. His English and German are both good and with the help of Google Translate, we had some good conversations about the next steps. After 3 nights in hospital, my neighbour and I were given a very comprehensive rundown on vitamins, shakes, liquid diets, probiotics and medication before being transported to the hotel for the remainder of our stay. You'll receive blood thinners, painkillers, stomach protectors, bandages, you name it! You'll also be added to a personalised WhatsApp group with your surgeon, coordinators and nutritionist. Gökçe reminds you every day of changeover when it comes to amping your food intake back up and provides helpful menus. I lived on kefir and high protein yoghurt for the first few weeks due to some med withdrawal issues. Things to note: - You'll be in a good amount of discomfort for a few weeks. - You will get constipated - You won't shower from the morning of your surgery until you get to the hotel. Take antiperspirant and easy changes of clothing to stay fresh! - Istanbul is buzzing and vibrant, but you may not get the opportunity to explore post-surgery. - Remember to book your flight assistance for the trip back! Better to have it and not need it than vice versa. The coordinators deserve medals. Almira was omnipresent and so sweet. There was nothing too much for her if you asked. Zeynep had her conversion sleeve to bypass surgery the day before we arrived and she was still there to greet us and see us off while she was recovering too, which I appreciated the effort her seeing as she should have been at home in bed! If you're concerned about doing it, don't be. There was never a moment where I didn't feel completely safe. I am now 35kg lighter after 3 months and I look forward to a bright future. SW: 154KG

I had surgery here last week and I couldn't recommend them more. The doctor was kind and professional and the nurses were outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable and all the facilities were modern. I felt very well taken care of.

Had surgery 7 weeks ago and my recovery has been amazing and healed very well, and I have lost 24 lbs including LRD. Apera was amazing from start to finish and Dr. Cengiz and their team are amazing and looked after very well - I wish I had done this 10 years ago. Highly recommend and I would do it over again - Thanks Apera and Dr Cengiz for your amazing care and experience.

Thank you so much for the patient care portrayed. I will forever cherish all the care, from the time I took the knowledge of the Sleeve procedure to Airport pick-up, tests, scans and the painless procedure and aftercare. Much hugs to these special people Luca the medical consultant, Dr Farouq, Nurses and the beautiful Translation team (Abir and Nohad), you left me to play my music the whole night without disturbance. Team keeps checking on me even when I left close to 2 weeks ago. Lost 5kgs in 9 days. Can't wait to share my journey with you. I miss you all already and love you.

I've received a stomach treatment procedure from Dr Gull and since the last month, I've seen a considerable reducing on my appetite and have lost 8 pounds. I've been feeling much more energetic and fresh. The first day, I had a bit of an upset stomach but it got better swiftly. Despite just staying in Turkey for 2 nights as I had business commitments to attend, it was well worth the journey.

I arrived back in the UK yesterday after a rhinoplasty with Dr Kadri last week and honestly, I can’t believe how smoothly everything went and how happy I am with the results. From someone who is a worrier and over-analyser please take it from me that you are in great hands. I am the review queen, and I usually read every single review before even booking a restaurant to eat at.. so I did not choose vanity without a lot of research!!! From the moment we arrived and the driver picked us up from the airport we were made to feel at ease straight away. Although we didn’t speak the same language, he was smiling and happy and insisted on carrying our luggage for us. Our flight was delayed by hours and none of this was a bother at all they had us totally covered to a point we were even at the hospital getting our bloods at 11pm. The hotel was fabulous and the staff there could not do enough for you. We met Umut the morning of our surgery who was honestly a ray of sunshine when my anxiety levels were through the roof, he managed to make me laugh and smile when inside I was crying! He made sure everything went smoothly when it came to signing paperwork and keeping me in the loop, also making sure my sister got moved rooms to be beside me which was amazing. Dr Kadri is an absolute nose wizard, his talents are unbelievable. He knew exactly what I wanted without me having to tell him very much at all (because I didn’t know how to explain my problems and how I thought they could be fixed!). I know a lot of people go in with “inspiration” pictures etc but I had nothing like that.. all I wanted was a nose that looked natural and fitted my face! His calm and gentle demeanour had me trusting him from the beginning and I am so lucky to have had him as a surgeon. It was very much a simple, no-fussing approach which I like because I just wanted to know I was in good hands, I was happy to be the passenger and him the driver! I was fully prepared not to like my nose straight away (as that’s what I read) but I’ve loved it from the moment my cast came off. I’ve not had one bruise on my face, maybe I just got lucky?! But my recovery was so smooth and stress-free and I can honestly say I have no regrets at all, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life coming to see Dr Kadri at Vanity. I know I still have a long road ahead in terms of recovery and how my nose will settle down but I feel like I can only get happier.

I had an exceptionally super service from Clinics United. They all from drivers, interpreters, doctors nurses and the entire Clinics aunties Antalya personals were exceptionally professional kind and caring and hard working. They all tried very hard to make my treatment journey much easier and comfortable and all procedures to happen smoothly. I especially would like to million thank you to externally kind and caring people like Alexandra and specially Damla. Damla was extremely kind caring and very helpful, she was running extra mile to make my treatment journey much easier and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this clinic to all all who need any treatment procedure.

What an amazing experience with the most kind, caring and professional team. When me and my son landing in Antalya we were met by a private transfer driver who gave us an ice-cold bottle of water and drove us in comfort to the hospital. On arrival I met Irem who welcomed me and my son, Irem spoke excellent English. She answered all questions, Irem is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work and with her own nursing experience, I knew I was just fine. The first day of arriving at the hospital, I had received all the test of physical health tests using high-tech equipment - these tests were all completed the same day one after another with excellent coordination. The facilities were clean, tidy and the staff extremely friendly, they all took the time to get to know you as a Person, I was never seen or never felt like I was just another one of their patients. The room was spacious and the private en-suite room was cleaned regularly 3-4 times a day, with fresh towels and blankets every day, a bed was provided for my son (who stated is was comfortable) he was also offered 3 meals per day from the hospital. But being a fussy eater Irem took the time out of her day/night to arrange a food delivery to be brought to the hotel for my son, some nights this could be around 8-9 0clock when Irem had already done a full days work! But nothing was to much of an effort for Irem, she didn’t only look after me amazingly she also looked after my 17yr old son. I met the surgeon Dr Belen who was very friendly and encouraged questions. He would then explain all questions and fully explained the full procedure with the help of Irem. Dr Belen is extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional, after meeting him I immediately know I was in good hands. The next day I was taken down for surgery, everything went perfectly well no complications. I was monitored by the most amazing, caring, professional nurses, my son only being 17yrs old got a little frighted whilst I was in recovery, he messaged Irem and Irem rang him and talked him through everything that was happening on the machines (bleeping) was all normal, Irem contacted the nurses on duty and arrange for them to spend a bit of time with my son for reassurance Nothing was too much trouble for them. A couple of days later I had a 1-2-1 with the dietician who explained all information to me in great depth. my wasting journey post-surgery I’m great detail. I was given a bag of aftercare materials, these included vitamins, protein powders, literature regarding my surgery and full copy of my medical notes along with a DVD of the surgery. Being in the medical profession myself and going through this experience. I would highly recommend this company. If you are looking for kind, caring, professional, dignified care then don’t hesitate you have found the right team with Irem and her team. there is always the worry about “going abroad” for surgery, I had them worries and doubt myself, but if there is one thing I can say is you really don’t need to worry, I spent so much time leading to the operation worrying when I didn’t need to. I am 10 days post-op, and couldn’t be happier than I am right now, iv had no complications at all, drinking fine, I’m currently on the thicker fluid stage so made homemade soups they are going down just fine. I haven’t had any pain relief since leaving the hospital, not because I wasn’t supples them , I was but I haven’t needed them.

Ich habe mich für AYT Clinic entschieden, da ich mich sofort verstanden gefühlt habe. Die Kommunikation vor der OP war mehr als perfekt, dass hat die Entscheidung für die Schlauchmagen OP noch mehr verstärkt. Am Flughafen angekommen, wurde ich sofort vom einen Teil des Teams abgeholt und direkt in die Klinik gefahren, da haben wir auch sofort die ersten Voruntersuchungen gemacht. Am nächsten Tag war auch gleich die OP, das Team von AYT Clinic, die Ärzte sowie die Krankenschwestern waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Ich bin mehr als froh und überglücklich dass ich die AYT Clinic gewählt habe!

Everything went amazing with the surgery. Sezin and Dr Metin Karadeniz were amazing. Kept informed the whole way. 9 weeks post op and 16 kg down.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.
