I had a cyst removed from my scalp in April 2023. Dr Deepak Rallan was brilliant. Very caring and explained every step as he done it. A very knowledgeable and thorough person. He made me feel at ease from the start. All his staff were brilliant too. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since it was removed and had stitches removed this week. All healed up with no problems. Absolutely amazing the treatment plan of which Mr Simon's advised and spoke about. The results are truly PC, treatment morpheus8 plus a few more treatments. Removal of intradermal naevus. This was causing me some discomfort, especially at night. Daleswood Health was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Went for an assessment with Dr Oliver Denton and to his credit he said it was a simple process and to avoid any additional costs to myself he removed it there and then under local anaesthetic. What a fantastic service and incredibly reasonable. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

Went to see Amir today for dermal fillers. Always a lovely experience, and so reasonably priced. Very professional and painless, and so friendly, and always so pleased with results. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

Lovely quiet location and professional, clean clinic. I had pigmentation removal and laser hair removal. I am extremely happy with the results. I'm planning to have my teeth whitened and body contouring in the future.

The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.
