This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

Contacted me very quickly after my enquiry and arranged an appointment within days. The first appointment was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. I was impressed that she only charged for the appointment time, not for how many treatments were applied. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.
