Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

Had a skin tag removed from my upper eyelid. The clinic is clean, welcoming and friendly. The procedure was fully explained and done painlessly and told what to expect after, very professional staff and highly recommended .

I had an unsightly wart and moles on my face. I had several sessions of Cryotherapy and I am delighted with the results. Claire who did the treatment is a lovely lady, who explained everything about the procedure and aftercare. Claire is very professional and I thank her very much. This was the first clinic I came across that gave me a good price for skin tag removals and they weren’t too far away from where I live either. It was value for money and there was no scarring. Two of the tags have grown back, but I haven’t had the chance to visit the clinic again. They offered me follow-ups, but I still need to go. Everyone was really good and I can’t fault them on anything. The staff was so welcoming and the service was professional. I recommended two of my friends and both of them have been for their appointments now.

My experience at Novello clinic with Yuliya was pleasant start to finish. Yuliya was very informative with regard to treatments and which ones would be suitable for me.
