Everything was planned and organised down to the smallest detail. I have to praise Ali, the manager, who answered every question in advance by phone and gave my friend the best advice. We really had an all-round carefree package. Ali had organised everything perfectly, the pick-up at the airport, the very nice hotel, which was only a few metres away from the clinic. Ali was always there for us for 24 hours on 7 days. Ali had always made you laugh, even if you couldn't laugh at the moment, his positive nature is just wonderful. P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

I had a dental implant at Ihlamur Dental Practice in Istanbul recently. I must say that the whole process went very smoothly. The transport to and from the airport was very comfortable. The surgery was clean and the staff were very polite, professional and ready to help. I was pleased to communicate in English language with with Dr Karabey and found him an excellent communicator. He explained every step of the procedure and provided me with good enough post-operation information and documentation. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and family for dental implant.

Fabulous service from start to finish! Great communication before I left the UK and they can't do enough for you. We were picked up by luxury taxi and received a wonderful greeting on arrival at the clinic. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the clinic is so bright and high tech. Dr Fuat Biter paid meticulous attention to detail to perfect my new smile and didn't stop until he had it right even though it made him really late off on a Friday night. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I arrived at the clinic nervous and unhappy with a crooked smile that had been part of my life for 30 years plus. Having proper dental phobia it wasn't an easy decision to make but knew that I needed to do something. A friend recommended Dr Binnur and her clinic and I am so glad that they did. From first meeting my host Muhlis everything was explained and no question was too daft or too much trouble. The hotel arrangements done for me and I couldn't have asked for a better location with just a short drive to the clinic on the days my treatment was needed. The drivers were always prompt and made sure I got to my appointments. The whole team at the clinic put my mind at ease, from the girls behind reception and the various dental assistants who were at times genuinely worried about me. Finally the dentists, Dr Binnur and Dr Cemre, both worked with me even though at times I was petrified. By the end of my time there I was joining in with the music and trying out my Turkish phrases that I had learned. I had 8 crowns in the upper, 4 in the lower along with 4 root canals. I got the smile that I wanted and needed. It is an experience I will never forget and hopefully my confidence grows as wide as the new smile across my face!

Just arrived back and can only describe the treatment we received as remarkable . Dr Ece and Dr Bugra took any anxiety and fear we had away they were so compassionate. The attention to detail provided was to perfection. I had severe gum disease and my dentist in the UK gave me no hope but this was definitely not the case at Ortodent. I can't thank them enough. Mr, and Mrs cant stop smiling.

Andepol was amazing every step of the way. Even when I was just talking with them while planning the trip, they were clear about what needed to be done. Pointed out the problems I had, and explained what needed to be done, with great detail, and went through every potential scenario with me. They gave me information about my case the other clinics either didn’t spot, neglected to give, or intentionally left out to trick me into going with them. I felt respected and cared for every step of the way.

It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

The dentist herself and her team were the best always making sure you was comfortable and at ease on all stages of the work undertaken, making sure you was happy with each stage of the procedure from start to finish.
